The Maquoketa Area Chamber of Commerce partners with Jackson County Economic Alliance (JCEA) to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit and pro-business atmosphere of Maquoketa and Jackson County by providing services for workforce development, small business, and overall promotion of Maquoketa as a great place to live, work and play. It is the mission of the Jackson County Economic Alliance to facilitate, lead and promote organized economic growth in order to improve the quality of life and to protect and create jobs through innovative and conventional programs within our community. As the lead organizations for economic development we are ready to assist companies interested in moving to the area or existing employers considering expansion.
